It took me by surprise when he started singing, guess I was expecting a pop song or something and his voice was - wow!

I saw you posted this, and while I was on another gal's blog, she posted it on her tumblr so I had to check it out. I seriously wasn't expecting to cry, but as soon as he started singing, the tears started falling, and seeing the audience and judge's reactions made me really start to cry. Sung-Bong, fighting! I can't believe how strong he is to be able to live like he did. Truly incredible human being.

thank you for sharing this. he's exceptionally talented.. despite his rough childhood background, i am glad that in some way he found some sort of salvation through music.

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for sharing that with us.
Even though I couldn't stop the tears from flowing down my cheeks, I absolutely loved it.
It was so sad to hear about his life, and then to hear him sing like that, it was just unbelievable. Wow.. that's all I can say now, is just wow.

Thanks for sharing, this is really inspiring. Somehow he didn't look like a korean singer (if you would compare him to those boybands) so he took me by surprise!

He kind of reminds me of susan boyle somehow. I think with his story and publicity he's getting, he'll get far in the competition. XD

;_; my mom and I watched this and it was so moving -- it reminded me of Peter Potts and of course Susan Boyle a bit.... Three ordinary people harboring such talent...I think that's why talent shows are so much more redeeming than reality shows in a way. Yes, there's editing/companies are in for the money - but it gives so many people a shot at living the dream ^_^

To the commenter who said meh is a Singaporean slang. what does it mean? Its also a slang term that was coined on south park by cartman. At least that's when i started using it like 7-10 years ago? Its a term I use when I just think something is "whatever" "nothing special"
